Talent Coordinator
As New Profit's Talent Coordinator, Lisa works alongside members of talent team to help with recruiting, hiring, on-boarding new staff, performance management, and staff development. In her role, she supports the internal capacity of the talent department, ensuring smooth and effective operations. She also engages and supports the development of all New Profit staff, contributing to the achievement of New Profit's organizational goals and promoting our values and culture.
Lisa joined New Profit because she wanted to contribute to innovative organizations that are creatively and ambitiously changing the world for the better. She is passionate about efforts to solve social injustices and enjoys working with like-minded peers.
Lisa is a graduate of Bates College where she majored in psychology and minored in religion. Lisa is a also member of the Boston Firefly Project, a local Amnesty International chapter of young professionals that seeks to provide opportunities for grassroots human rights advocacy, education, and networking through community-based events in the Boston area. Lisa grew up in Southern California, but remained on the East Coast after college, and is beginning to enjoy the seasons as much as every other New Englander.
