New Profit and Deloitte, the world’s leading professional services firm, have a long-term relationship that has helped dozens of nonprofit organizations pursue scale and greater impact.

The multi-million collaboration provides pro bono strategic support from Deloitte’s consultants, who work with New Profit deal partners and staff to support leadership teams at portfolio organizations.

New Profit and Deloitte collaborated on several media publications, including in SSIR and Chronicle of Philanthropy, to raise awareness about the Reimagine Learning initiative.

In 2012, Deloitte acquired the Monitor Group, a well-respected consulting firm that was New Profit's original strategic partner, helping organizations like Teach For America, KIPP, Year Up, and Health Leads grow their impact. That relationship began in 1998, when the Monitor Group provided support to our CEO Vanessa Kirsch as she worked to launch New Profit.

In 2014, New Profit and Deloitte made a formal announcement about the continuation of our collaboration.
