Our country is at an inflection point. Intertwining and inequitable systems, from health and education to legal and democracy and beyond, have been laid bare by the COVID-19 pandemic and the renewed and growing call for Black liberation and justice. In the midst of all this, we are seeing an unprecedented, citizen-led movement to rearchitect America and extend the promise of our country’s founding ideals to people who have too long been shut out of opportunity.

At this moment of turmoil, trauma, and yes, opportunity, we invite you to examine the legacy of one of America’s most important warriors for equity: the late Congressman John Lewis. The film will be available for screening starting October 12 through October 15.
