In June, we had the great honor to stand with a group of extraordinary partners and visionary thinkers to launch the $6 million Future of Work Grand Challenge, powered by XPRIZE and MIT Solve.

This challenge is one of the most ambitious, equity-focused initiatives we have ever launched to support the work of social entrepreneurs. Our aim is to help catalyze their critical work to rapidly reskill 25,000 displaced workers into higher-wage jobs in the next 24 months; equip influential workforce boards with stronger tools to support displaced workers in the next six months; and achieve broader systemic change to help prepare 12 million Americans from underinvested communities for workforce success by 2025. In the process, we aim to drive resources and support to at least 40% Black, Indigenous, and Latino/a/x innovators and entrepreneurs.
