What are the benefits of coming together in person in this new hybrid work reality?

We caught up with New Profit’s Chief Financial Officer to get his thought on our newly launched Learning Week retreats.

“Learning Weeks have been the highlight of my time at New Profit! The focus on connection has been so crucial for me and has provided an opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with people across teams and those whom I don’t normally have the chance to interact with. Between the trivia competitions, bowling games, and scavenger hunts, I have learned just how competitive our team at New Profit is, and the lengths we will go to claim victory! 🙂

In addition to all of the fun activities, I have found so much value in our conversations with the social entrepreneurs who’ve joined us. It’s been amazing to hear about and witness the reciprocal relationships that the SEs have with members of our team, and how they have challenged and strengthened the work that we do. I have left each Learning Week feeling more energized by and engaged with New Profit’s work and people!”
