The Site is operated by New Profit Inc. and has been created to provide information about our organization and investments, solicit information for potential investment opportunities, and report information on current investments (the “Organization Services”) to our Site visitors (“you”, “your”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Site or providing us with any Personal Data. By using the Site or providing us with Personal Data, you consent to our practices concerning the collection and use of your information.

You should periodically check this page so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we might disclose it. The amended Privacy Policy will apply between us whether or not we have given you specific notice of any change. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.

1. Your Personal Data is important to us.

Unless you consent otherwise, we will only collect and use your Personal Data as we explain below. You do not need to provide your Personal Data to use the Site (although access to certain Organization Services may be limited if you choose not to do so).

2. Collecting information about you.
Except as stated below, we will not collect or monitor any additional Personal Data about you without your consent:

We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such Personal Data, for example by providing your contact information, contacting us with inquiries, responding to one of our surveys, or submitting responses in a Letter of Inquiry;

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to this Site, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of the Organization and the authorized third parties referred to herein located in the United States.

3. Our use of cookies.
When you interact with the Site, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. We may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents, or service providers. The Site may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.

In operating this Site, we may use a technology called “cookies.” Cookies are small data files that the computer that hosts the Site transfers to your computer’s browser when you access the Site. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies. A cookie can contain information that includes a user ID. We use cookies to make your use of the Site and services as convenient as possible. The only Personal Data a cookie can contain is information that you supply yourself. The “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to take full advantage of the Site’s services. For example, we may not be able to personalize the Site each time you visit.
